Two of President Trump’s construction projects in D.C. are quickly moving forward. The administration announced excavation will start for the triumphal arch in the next two weeks, and a federal judge said she’s not going to do anything about the 150 trees that have been cut down at the East Potomac Golf Course ahead of planned renovations there.
