Recently, I’ve seen posts where some real estate agents seem to feel the need to put others down in order to make themselves look better and that’s unfortunate. Yes, our market is competitive. Yes, there are a lot of agents. And yes, some are starting out with less experience. But we all started somewhere. Four and a half years ago, I was new to this market too. I had to learn, ask questions, make mistakes, seek guidance, and surround myself with the right people. Over time, I also chose to join an international brokerage so I could have access to more structure, more training, and better tools to serve my clients and grow my business.
