Jersey Awards 🏀 Congratulations on receiving your Skills Syllabus Jerseys this morning 👍 g_s1ngh1 💜 hugo_commons_ 💜 ayvahwilliams_ 💜 j.star.9 💜 ❤️💙💚💜💛🧡🩶🖤 Our Alpha Skills syllabus is part of the Buzz City Hoops program and includes 8 different jerseys, each representing the competence, dedication, commitment and skill our athletes build along the way. This is how we award and demonstrate progress, and show players exactly what they need to do to reach the next level. If we know where we're going, and what it takes to get to the next phase, we can set personal goals, build confidence, and work hard every day with a clear, measurable pathway to get there. Keep working hard guys! The development and improvement on and off the court has been amazing to watch. Alpha Skills 🦍 "unleash your game" follow along to see the boys progress through the syllabus. ❤️💙💚💜💛🧡🩶🖤 🫡🏀❤️ #BuzzCityHoops #AlphaSkills #skillsdevelopment #trainhard #learning
