🔥 ONE MOVE. ZERO LOST SPEED. Beating a defender isn’t about making more moves—it’s about making the right move without slowing down. In this sequence, the player attacks the defender’s stick with speed, sells the inside lane and pulls the puck outside the defender’s reach. The key details: ⚡ Attack with speed Force the defender to make an early decision. 🎭 Sell the inside lane Use your body, eyes and stick position to create deception. ↔️ Move the puck outside the stick Create separation with one controlled movement—not multiple touches. 🏒 Hands quiet, feet moving The puck changes position while the skating speed stays high. 🎯 Finish without resetting Once the defender’s stick is beaten, immediately attack the open space and complete the play. Coaching cue: The move must never stop the feet. Speed creates the pressure; deception creates the opening. Developed at Euro Elite Hockey Development with professional coach Guido Lamberti-Charles.
