Texas A&M came out firing, opening the first set with a 6-0 run behind the serve of Gabi Rodriguez to seize early control. Middle blocker Eliza Sharp was the offensive standout of the match, spearheading a dominant showing with 12 kills on a blistering .647 hitting percentage while adding six blocks at the net.
