austintexasgov unveiled a historical marker in downtown on Aug. 21 dedicated to the city’s LGBTQ+ history and culture. The “As Queer As You Want To Be” marker is located at the southwest corner of Fourth and Colorado streets, serving as recognition for Austin’s LGBTQ+ community following the removal of the rainbow crosswalks. ✍️: Ashley Paredes 📸: insidesamscamera
