Morgan was arrested in June on charges of battery and child cruelty. ______________________________ Court documents confirmed that the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has decided not to prosecute him. According to the arrest affidavit from May, Morgan and his wife, #AliciaBrown, were involved in an argument at their home concerning text messages he allegedly received from a female co-worker.
