Bret Hart received the Lou Thesz Award at the Cauliflower Alley Club’s 60th annual reunion in Las Vegas, Nevada. The award, among the organization’s highest honors, was presented by his niece Nattie Neidhart, who won it last year. “He was the one that the fans watched but the wrestlers studied,” Nattie said, per Slam Wrestling. The Cauliflower Alley Club is a nonprofit that provides financial assistance to wrestlers and industry figures who have fallen on hard times. The annual reunion, a three-day event at the Plaza Hotel with panels, awards banquets and appearances from past stars, is open to fans and helps fund that assistance.
