🗣️ “When she runs 7, 8 — sometimes, very rarely, 10 — kilometers, it’s around 5:30 or even 5:45 per kilometer. For us it was really important to follow the physiological component. So, we did tests. We trained with zones. Because it was really important that this aerobic part would not lead to overtraining and then get in the way of other qualities.”
