100 kilometers across the entire length of Luxembourg for athlete mental health.๐
For Andrew Rojas, running started as a way to stay active. But over time, it became something much more: a space without the pressure, expectations, and performance demands that can come with being a collegiate athlete.
As a Division II golfer at Maryville University, Andrew knows firsthand how easily a sport that once brought happiness can become a source of burnout and anxiety. Running gave him an outlet, a new perspective, and ultimately helped him fall back in love with golf.
Now, heโs using that outlet to further the movement around athlete mental health. Along the way, Andrew has raised over $5k for The Hidden Opponent.๐๐
