Advice from your Big sister Shel 🩷 It’s hard to convey just how important is it to nurture the younger versions of ourselves and offer support and inspire confidence to get out there and be themselves. In this instance a 12yr old girl who’s held back from the gym out of fear of judgement and that to me is the exact reason I said yes to these spotlights. You can do it girly , you deserve to give everything a try and find out what inspires you and maybe someday you will love chasing new sports and fitness goals just like me and my (cast) sisters.
