During a recent visit, one of our companions took along a quiz based on her client's childhood town. The quiz prompted lots of meaningful conversation and memories relating to the Yorkshire town of Barnsley. One memory related to the three glass swans which were handed down to our client by her mother. They were made over 100 years ago by Wood Brothers Glass Company in Barnsley and are still treasured by the family. It's a lovely reminder of why we take the time to really get to know each person we support.
