Had an awesome time with the leaders at MUSC for their Leadership Development Institute! With nearly 1,000 leaders from across the health system in the room, this was a pretty incredible group to spend time with. From managers to chiefs, every person has a role in creating the experience patients and families have when they walk through the doors. Some lead from the front, some keep things moving behind the scenes, and some are the steady support their teams rely on every day. It takes all of it to deliver excellent care. I loved being with a group that isn’t just committed to excellence, but to continuing to raise the standard.
