I learned leadership before I ever became an entrepreneur. If I asked my team to perform at a certain level, I was willing to get in there and show them I could do it too. But eventually you learn something else… You can’t build a business doing everything yourself. You have to learn how to coach people, guide people, understand people, and get them to believe in the mission. That’s the difference between just being good at the work and actually becoming a leader. Your job isn’t to do everything.
