Waukee Towne Center is transforming a 62‑acre site along Grand Prairie Parkway at Hickman Road and Southeast Alice’s Road into a retail, dining and entertainment hub anchored by national brands. The development by Burlington-based Pierson Companies centers on a landscaped lake and amphitheater that will serve as a year‑round gathering space. The project’s first big wave of tenants brings several first‑to‑Iowa restaurants and bars.
