AWS and UST have collaborated to build an AI-powered Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) that helps telecommunications companies scale faster while maintaining compliance and best practices. By leveraging Amazon Kiro, an agentic IDE with steering files and hooks, the solution codifies telecom standards such as 3GPP and TM Forum ODA into the development workflow, ensuring they are automatically applied regardless of developer location or skill level. UST demonstrates IntelliResQ, a multi-agent application built using Amazon Bedrock and Strands Agent SDK that automates network outage detection, root cause analysis, remediation, and field operations dispatch. The demo illustrates how the system detected 80 cell site outages, automatically recovered 45 sites, and orchestrated field technician dispatches for the remainder while keeping customer care agents informed in real time.
