I am 50. I have spent 20+ years specializing in women’s hormones. Meal timing is the change that moves the most women the fastest.

Researchers moved meals four hours later without changing a single calorie. Hunger went up. Waking energy expenditure went down. Fat tissue shifted its gene expression toward storage.
