Lighter or heavier? Most people guess. Here's how to actually decide ๐Ÿ‘‡ โš ๏ธ Before you add a plate, run four checks, in order: 1๏ธโƒฃ Is your form perfect? If not, go lighter. 2๏ธโƒฃ Are you using the full range of motion? If not, go lighter. 3๏ธโƒฃ Do you control the weight on the way up AND on the way down? If not, go lighter. 4๏ธโƒฃ Are you hitting your rep range? Below it โ†’ lighter. Inside it โ†’ stay. Above it โ†’ this is your green light to go heavier. Notice that three of the four answers say "lighter." ๐Ÿ”Ž Going heavier is earned, not assumed. The weight on the bar should never decide for you. Save this for your next session and run the checks before every weight change. If one of these called you out, that's the one to fix this week.๐Ÿ’ช And if you're ready to start training properly ๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐Ÿ”— link in bio, let's start together #yourhealthynutritionist #sarahchallita #sportsnutrition
