A mass shooting at Loring Towers in downtown Minneapolis left two civilians and the suspected gunman dead Wednesday afternoon. Three police officers and three civilians were also injured. The suspected gunman has been identified as 35-year-old Carlton Neal Johnson II, who lived on the ninth floor of the building.
