Two men are facing charges in connection with an alleged sexual assault reported at a home in Sahuarita, including one man whose attorney identified him in court as a Border Patrol agent. Zabdiel Echie, 24, of Sahuarita, made his first court appearance in Pima County on September 2. He faces one count of SA and one count of kidnapping. During the hearing, Echie’s attorney told the court that his client is a Border Patrol agent.
