#LaborDay is a reminder that the work we do shapes the world we live in, and that the future of work depends on the people willing to build it. We challenge our community to see leadership as a responsibility: to understand the world around them, engage with injustice, and use their talents in service to something greater than themselves. During a 2025 #CrownForum, Fred Redmond delivered a message to the next generation of workers: the labor force needs the talent, ideas, and leadership of young people to help create a better world for everyone. Redmond is the AFL-CIO's Secretary-Treasurer and the highest-ranking Black officer in the federation's history, representing generations of workers in the fight for economic and social justice. #Morehouse #MorehouseCollege #TheHouse
