Kevin Love needs to come home. According to The Athletic’s Jon Krawczynski, there is some mutual interest in a reunion, with Kevin Love open to returning to Minnesota and the Timberwolves having interest in using their final open roster spot on the veteran. Krawczynski suggested Love could supply locker-room communication and experience after the team lost several veteran voices this offseason. Love is currently an unrestricted free agent after averaging 6.7 points and 5.8 rebounds in a limited bench role for the Utah Jazz last season; he turns 38 this month and has been linked to other teams without signing yet.
