It's #TeacherTuesday! Today, we are highlighting Mr. Rick Reffner, a video production and photography teacher at East Career and Technical Academy! Rick became an educator to build the talent pool of future professionals in the technical fields of video production and commercial photography in the Las Vegas market. He takes pride in teaching students to "be good humans" in addition to developing their videography and photography skills. His "every day is a job interview" ethos ingrains the idea that students never know where their next job or professional reference may come from and therefore must act accordingly.
