Hail, Caesar!! Don’t buy Caesar dressing, make it at home. And the croutons, too!!! So here you go; homemade Caesar salad, with Parmesan croutons, and grilled chicken. Enjoy. -Take a few-days-old sourdough bread and cube it. In a bowl, toss the bread with olive oil, S/P, a little dried oregano, and a good about of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. You can also add other herbs like thyme or a small bit of rosemary. Lay the bread flat on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle a bit more olive oil and a little more cheese over the top. Bake at 400 until nice and golden, around 8-12 mins. -For the dressing; the classical way is a wooden bowl, so if you have one use it. Start with a garlic clove, and add 2-3 anchovy fillets (don’t skip this step, and if you’re worried about picky eaters just don’t tell them).
