Global Impact will utilize the power of Seahawks Flag Football as a catalyst to expand access to mentorship and career readiness programs through grants in the team’s global markets - Australia & New Zealand, Germany, Austria & Switzerland (DACH region), and Canada. Leadership Beyond the Field, a leadership and career development program, will equip high school students with the knowledge, experiences and professional skills necessary to pursue careers in sports.
