Every season I learn a little more about what it takes and what it means. What it took with this group was a level of focus, resilience and care for each other. Sounds cliche, but when you’re the expansion team, everyone on the roster is new, left by their former team, and hungry to reinvent themselves — it’s motivating. What it meant to walk away from these games, the one goal losses, wins, and playoff ending defeat…it’s bittersweet. Maybe I’m old but I still want to win like fucking hell. The guys deserve it. So we live to learn, respond and fight harder. Then we walk in arms. Go Cannons 💣
