After her visit to the University of St. Andrews in Scotland this past summer, junior Claire Martin immediately knew her fate.  St. Andrews is Martin’s top choice for university after high school. She’s doing anything to make attending there possible — this includes ACT prep classes, practice ACT tests every weekend and taking part in International Baccalaureate diploma classes. During a meeting with the St. Andrews admissions officer, Martin was told to start something at SM East related to her desired major, international relations.
