Stroud came into the league looking incredibly polished and immediately set the standard for what people expected from a young franchise QB. But Caleb’s development has changed the conversation. The arm talent was never the question. It’s the ridiculous throws outside structure, the ability to extend plays, the different arm angles and the flashes where he makes something out of absolutely nothing.
