Let us introduce you to David Barno. Just three years ago, he was facing end-stage heart failure and a future clouded in uncertainty. Today, David is a survivor—a grateful dad who is always on the move (and throwing out ceremonial first pitches at dbacks games ⚾)! Thanks to the cardiovascular experts at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, David received a life-saving heart pump. With a new lease on life, he’s traded hospital beds for a thriving restaurant business and endless backyard fun with his three boys: eleven-year-old Diesel, five-year-old Andrew, and four-year-old Ronan.
