OUTDOOR DINING IS NOW YEAR-ROUND! ☀️❄️ I’ve connected with hundreds of restaurants in almost the last decade and have met so many inspiring owners who’ve worked relentlessly to keep business open during the pandemic. Many of whom have which opted to do outdoor dining to save their business. Despite how costly it was to build these structures, many of them ultimately came down for good after the DOT required that they had to be taken down in the winter of 2024. Many restauranteurs felt demotivated to bring them back out. With this new bill just recently signed by @nycmayor, voters will have the ability to prioritize the use of outdoor dining this November that will create an energetic and lively outdoor dining scene, which I know many of us enjoyed! This bill will also cut down on time and costs for restaurants who choose to do outdoor dining again, which is an incentive I think many should take advantage of.
