I have a lot of thoughts on the #lindsayclancycase but I thought this procedural issue was a good place to start. I’ve seen so many assumptions about the jury deliberations but we honestly don’t have a lot to go on. Just a couple notes from the foreperson and the defense counsel’s interpretation of those rather cryptic notes. Also pls don’t read anything into this analysis. I have separate thoughts on the evidence and whether or not it was sufficient to overcome the defense and meet the burden of proof. #lawyer #law
