During the July 4th juvenile curfew, officers were bringing juveniles to Lift for Life, where parents had to come pick them up. One young man was arrested for violating the curfew and possessing fireworks. His mother came down, picked him up and took him home. Less than 30 minutes later, officers were called because the same kid was back out.
