City leaders enforced a Sept. 1 deadline for residents of the Free Bridge encampment, along the Rivanna River, to leave the space. A temporary, 120-bed shelter is available at 2000 Holiday Drive for people displaced from Free Bridge, though the city says only 26 people have moved into the space.
