It’s why my form got better, why I stopped getting nagging little injuries, why my body actually moves the way it’s supposed to. But strength training is what actually changed my body. The shape, the muscle, the strength that shows up in everyday life, not just in a workout class. Pilates maintained me for years. Strength training is what transformed me. But together? That’s the combo nobody talks about enough, one builds the foundation, the other builds the change. Follow along, I’m breaking down exactly how I split the two in my own training.
