Super happy to be the opening keynote speaker at this timely event later this month. What a great way to consciously create the last quarter of 2026 and beyond. My own career has been anything but linear, and that feels particularly relevant to the world we are now navigating. The traditional career “map” is changing. Roles evolve, industries shift, technology transforms how we work, unexpected detours happen, and increasingly we need to know how to navigate without having the whole route mapped out in advance.
