Main lifts I have been focusing on:
Squats
Bench
Deadlift
Squats & bench are feeling a lot stronger since I started this cycle 2 months ago. Squat form is getting better with less knee cave but still focusing on activating the glutes as much as possible 🍑
Deadlifts are my biggest work in progress. One day they feel good & the other they’ll feel meh
Everytime I see them in the workout I almost skip them, but I don’t 🤪
Going to be adding more cardio in this week along with more food 😅 as I continue my bulk for another 4-6 weeks.
