It’s also about the state your dog is in when they see the trigger. Dogs are constantly giving signals. It’s on you as an owner to spot them. Their ears perking up, their eyes zoning in on another dog, their tail stiffening. They’re all there…if you’re not looking closely, it’s easy to miss them.
