Sliced French loaf - toasted 1-2 cups of your favorite creamy cheese - I used whipped goat cheese 5 (+/-) Roma tomatoes 1-2 cups pecan halves Balsamic glaze (to taste) Pecan Pesto (to taste) *recipe below Start by cutting your tomatoes into round slices. Cut each round in half to make the mushroom cap shape. Make sure you have one tomato cap for each piece of bread. Set aside. Place a thick layer of whipped goat cheese on your toasted French bread.
