The most common and biggest mistakes people make when moving to Las Vegas is not knowing the different between these two communities. Often times when someone is moving to Las Vegas, they don’t consider the other side of the valley which could be the place they fall in love with. Southwest Las Vegas is busy with a lot of restaurant access, movement and a high vibration. People who choose to live here are looking for a lot of activity and enjoy the food scene and convenience to the Las Vegas Strip. Northwest is quieter and laid back, with slower movement and you can even find horse property in this area. There are is more nature in this area like Floyd Lamb Park and the Tule Springs Fossil Bed.
