Halfway through this lesson, I realized my kiddos didn’t even know what STATE we lived in. The answers were… all over the map. Literally lol. Using the NFL to teach geography is one of my FAVORITE things because they are 10x more invested when they see THEIR team up on the board!! That’s all it takes. And yes… after this lesson, we listened to “Fifty Nifty United States” approximately 30 times. It is now an EVERYDAY song in Room 409. THEY. WILL. LEARN. ALL. 50.
