Can’t sit into a full squat without your heels popping up or your chest diving forward? That’s rarely a strength problem. Your ankles need dorsiflexion, the bend that lets your knee travel over your toe, and your inner hips need room to rotate open, or the bottom position just runs out of joint. This 5-move flow opens both, then grooves the new depth so your body actually keeps it: 1. Deep squat hold, 30 sec, find your real floor 2. Ankle CARs, 5 each side, frees the ankle bend 3. Half-kneeling adductor stretch, 30 sec a side, opens the inner hip 4. 90/90 hip switch, 8 slow reps, teaches rotation both ways 5. Alternating knee drops in a deep squat, 6 a side, locks in the range Save this before your next squat session.
