A second lawsuit has been announced against Trigg County school officials, this time involving allegations that an 8-year-old student was assaulted on a school bus. The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Trigg Circuit Court, alleges school officials failed to appropriately respond after the child reported that another student repeatedly kissed and touched her after she rejected his advances, according to an Aug. 26 news release from Paducah-based Bryant Law Center.
