NEW DETAILS 🎠 🎡 Investigators now say the operator of the Wave Swinger at the Wilson County-Tennessee State Fair hit the emergency stop and began lowering the ride before it had stopped rotating. The state says the operator did not follow the manufacturer’s procedures. The operator was removed from operating the ride, and other operators received additional training before it reopened.
