Lowkey 💯😭 EST Gee has built his reputation in Louisville’s street rap scene through a gritty, menacing delivery and vivid storytelling rooted in real life experience. His breakout single “Lick Back” helped establish that sound early in his career, pairing a dark, booming beat with aggressive, matter of fact bars about violence, loyalty, and survival on the streets. The song’s hook is blunt and repetitive, built for impact rather than complexity, which became a signature of his style. “Lick Back” caught attention for its raw intensity and its refusal to soften any of its imagery, and it helped position EST Gee alongside other emerging voices in a wave of hard nosed, unfiltered street rap. The track’s success led to co-signs from bigger names in the genre and set the stage for the collaborations and label deals that followed, boosting his profile nationally. #rapmusic #hiphop #estgee #louisville
