Now he wants to come in the gym, grab the cables, do his exercises and be part of it. That’s one of my favorite things about being a dad. You realize pretty quickly that your kids are going to learn a lot more from watching how you live than listening to what you tell them. My job is to give him a good example to follow. Teach him healthy habits while he’s young, teach him discipline, and show him the importance of taking care of himself. Hopefully when he gets older, these aren’t things he has to figure out.
