This project was an overhaul of our clients grand Victorian five storey townhouse with a double storey rear extension and an ambitious internal reconfiguration and refurbishment for a young family. Aesthetics were important but the practicalities of family living just as much so. We managed to fit a generous kitchen, dining room, living area and guest loo all onto the ground floor which was one of the project’s main goals.
