This was the moment Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial was officially declared a MISTRIAL by the judge, after jurors failed to reach a unanimous verdict. Clancy’s attorney Kevin Reddington launched a last-minute emergency appeal to stop the mistrial, but Massachusetts’ highest court declined to intervene. Clancy has admitted killing her three children - five-year-old Cora, three-year-old Dawson and eight-month-old Callan, at their Duxbury home in January 2023. But she pleaded not guilty, with her defense arguing she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and could not be held criminally responsible.
