Every 50 episodes of Playground Radio we do a live concert episode to celebrate and for episode 200 we knew we had to do something special. We’ve been telling our agent for years that we want to play the Caverns and he would always tell us “let’s save it for something special, a unique show.” When we started planning for the 200th Episode show we checked the Caverns schedule and the only free weekend they had was the exact weekend we were looking to do the show. Felt like it was meant to be. Playing a unique venue didn’t seem like enough though, what if we played for a really long time? Like 4 hours? We had never done a proper concert for 4 hours for our fans before and it seemed like a fun challenge. This show ended up being better than we could have imagined.
