The evidence is clear: when women lead, everyone benefits. From local communities to festival stages, gender equity creates stronger institutions, greater trust, and more opportunities for everyone. bookmorewomen is advancing gender equity across the music industry through research, education, partnerships, and direct support for artists and industry professionals. At Oxfam, we bring women together to build collective power and create lasting change through transformative leadership programs and advocacy. Because no one’s opportunities, pay, or dignity at work should depend on where they live. Together, we’re working toward a future where women and gender-expansive people can lead, create, and thrive. #CountUsIn
