The Gen. John J. Pershing Cup is the Army’s annual premiere Best OC/T competition, a rigorous four-day competition taking place at Fort Bliss, Texas Aug. 21-24, 2026. The winners are Maj. Jason Landis and Sgt. 1st Class John Metcalf from Mission Command Training Program (MCTP).
